When you order with us, you agree with our shipping policy which is part of our Term of Service (which you have to agree to in the checkout page).
Guaranteed Worldwide Shipping
We provide guaranteed worldwide shipping via EMS and DHL/FEDEX with track and trace. You will be given the tracking information which you can use for tracking the delivery online.
We also guarantee that our best replica handbags reaches you in perfect condition. We’ll replace and reship your order if it arrives damaged, or is lost during shipping.
To be guaranteed for our guaranteed shipping policy, we will make the decision on which shipping method we’ll use to ship your order to you.
Please note that all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on Saturday or Sunday.
We charge a flat fee of USD $30 per order. All shipments are insured.
Important Update [February 2020]; Due to the Coronavirus situation and the lockdowns that the China government is enforcing, our manufacturing time will take longer and shipping companies such as DHL/FEDEX and EMS will be slower. For the situation now, it will take approximately 2-10 working days for us to manufacture your product. DHL/FEDEX is taking approximately 14-35 working days for shipping (counted after the tracking number have been entered in their system) due to Coronavirus situation, and EMS is taking approximately 21 – 42 working days for shipping – this are the expected delivery time that the shipping companies are telling us. Please understand that shipping times is not within our control and the Coronavirus situation have affected all the shipping companies delivery times. Please also confirm with your local DHL/Post office that your country is allowing packages to be delivered, as some countries under lockdown are not accepting packages – we will not be held liable for packages that are returned/lost due to your country’s lockdown.
Important Update [April 18, 2020]; Due to the rapid/dynamic COVID-19 situation, our DHL freight forwarder have just informed us that they will only be collecting shipping packages from our warehouse once a week on Fridays. The packages will be collected from our warehouse to be driven through land-channel to either DHL Hong Kong or DHL Taiwan. Please take note that during the COVID-19 situation which have affected all shipping companies, many updates are rapid/dynamic and we can’t give you a time-guarantee as for how long your packages will take to arrive as even DHL itself can’t give us a time-frame as currently, they are prioritizing healthcare packages for COVID19 situation. Please understand that shipping times is not within our control and the Coronavirus situation have affected all the shipping companies delivery times.
- Once we’ve received your payment, it will take 12-72 hours (often earlier) to process your order.
- After processing your order, we will send you the Quality Control / Pre-shipment Photos for your approval before we ship out your orders.
- We will ship out your order once you’ve approved the QC/PSP.
- It will take 7-14 working days for delivery via DHL/FEDEX, or 7-21 working days via EMS. Once it’s shipped out and we will provide you with a tracking number you can use to get updated information about your parcel online.
- After we email out the Quality-Control pictures of your order and you do not respond within 48 hours, we will assume that you green-light the QC pictures and we will ship out your product.
- Our replica products only comes with brand dust bag, authentication cards, and pamphlets (if applicable). Not all brands have tags/pamphlets, so we only send the items you can expect with the original.
- We only ship small wallets and belts with brand box (Any wallets and belts below 20cm). If you’ll like to have a box with your bags, we will have to ship it separately and there will be an additional cost of USD $50 to ship the box separately. It is not safe to ship the bags with the brand box as it will most likely be seized by the customs, or you will be heavily taxed according to the product’s authentic value tax.
1) To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your name and address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If your package cannot be delivered due to you giving the wrong name/address, it is not our responsibility if the package is lost or returned. Please take note that we cannot change shipping address once the package have left our warehouse. As we are shipping replicas/trademark-infringement products which NO shipping companies will accept, please understand that our shipping procedure is not the same as normal shipping procedure. We have our own special method to be able to ship out your orders which will involve different transit points. Therefore, once your package have left our warehouse – there is no way we can change the shipping address for you. So please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address in your order/checkout page.
2) If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier (your local post, or DHL or FEDEX) and address the issue directly with them. LuxuryTastic does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
3) It is your responsibility to have somebody to receive the package when it is delivered by the courier to your shipping address.
4) If your local post tried to send the package to your address, but somebody is not home to collect it, you must contact the delivery carrier and arrange for them to re-deliver the package or for you to self-collect. Please take note that we are not responsible for return packages that are due to you not at address to collect the delivery, or you not picking up the package at your local post office.
5) If your country’s customs is requesting for tax payment and you did not pay for it, and as a result the package is returned or destroyed by your country’s customs, we will not be responsible for it. Please take note that we are not responsible for return/lost/destroyed packages by your country’s customs if you did not pay for the tax. (Please refer to our ‘Taxes / Duty Fees’ section below).
Please take note that as we are shipping REPLICAS, normally returned packages will be destroyed by either your country’s customs or our customs. So in the case that the points above (1,2,3,4,5) happened, and the package is lost/destroyed, we will not be responsible.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order 7-14 working days via DHL/FEDEX (or 7-21 working days via EMS) from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-72 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
The shipping services we used are guaranteed by our shipping courier with 7-14 working days via DHL/FEDEX, or 7-21 working days via EMS. However, there maybe rare occasions when the shipping companies or Customs may be overloaded with larger shipment/packages volume and the delivery maybe delayed due to that reason. Sometimes, delivery times may also be affected by political events and natural disaster occurrences.
As the packages are out of our control after it leaves our warehouse, we do not have any control on how your country’s Customs or local post/DHL works. If your shipment’s delivery is delayed, you can claim compensation from your local post/DHL for delayed packages and you can contact them directly for that.
If you choose to ship your order to a PO Box or a Freight-forwarding company/agent, it is not our responsibility if your packages are not delivered to them. You will have to coordinate with your PO box or freight-forwarding company/agent to collect the packages if the shipping courier cannot deliver to their PO Box or freight-forwarding address. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to use your residential address for the shipping address.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, LuxuryTastic reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, LuxuryTastic reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, LuxuryTastic reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Taxes / Duty Fees
95% of our clients do not need to pay any taxes/duty fees using our shipping method. We mark parcels as gifts/low value to avoid customs and our methods works 95% of the time.
Most of our clients do not pay taxes or duty fees however these things are controlled by your local government, and LuxuryTastic cannot control the process.
However, in the rare occurrence that your parcel is marked by your country’s customs for taxes/duty fees, it is your responsibility to pay this. We have no control over these charges therefore we cannot advise you of what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country. It is not our responsibility if the package is returned/destroyed/lost by your country’s customs because you refuse to pay the tax/duty fees.
In the rare occurrence that this happen to your package, please contact us so that we can create a fake invoice for you with a low value so that the tax amount charged by your customs is low.
You can refer to your local import laws if you are unsure of possible taxation or legality of purchasing replicas. Luxurytastic is not responsible for this.
Parcel Seized by Customs
Sometimes, some of our parcel do get seized by the Customs. However, if your parcel is seized by your local customs (using our shipping method), we will be responsible for it and send a new replacement for you free-of-charge. The replacement will be processed once we get a confirmation from our shipping company that the parcel was seized or you can show us the letter that your country’s customs have seized the package (Whichever comes first). There will be no refund unless we fail to deliver your product in 3 attempts.
